Gday, i have been cooking for about 10 years on and off and am in the process of completing my qualifications. I was just after some tips from proffesionals in regards to working my way into a 5 star venue and eventually owning my own resteraunt. I would also like to know what it takes to be awarded michelins/hats ect. i know i may sound ahead of myself but ive always been of the attitude of finding people with the success i want and asking them how they got there!!!!
