it has yeast and baking powder in it

4 cups all purpose flour, plus extra for work surface
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 ½ cups warm water
2 ½ cups stuffing of your choice

Using double action baking powder it should work fine. The yeast will still expand when you first put it in the fridge but will slow down quick enough, so leave some room in the bag for the expansion.
