New to Chef Talk

Hello everyone. I have been in the restaurant field for 14 years. I recently decided to start a personal chef business. Very beginning stages right now, which is why I'm joining a forum. Hopefully there are other people out there that are willing to help out with questions that will arise. Thanks in advance for any help. Greatly appreciated.

How exciting, starting on a new direction within the culinary profession! I am sure that any questions you may have will be answered by our many chef members. We have a number of personal chefs here, too.

The site contains lots of interesting articles and some absolutely GREAT photographs. Have a browse, I'm sure you'll enjoy them.
