hello friends, I'm a new member to this site -

I have been in the kitchen since i was 13 years old and for the last 20 years
have been learning about food

I think the fact that the learning process never ends is what keeps my passion for the job going

always nice to collaborate with other chefs

Hello Richard and welcome to Chef Talk. We're glad you found us and hope you enjoy participating in the community.

Your poll looks interesting (I think we had a similar poll once-- check with the search tool to see--). You'll need to post it in a forum that's better-suited to having more people see it.

What gave you your start at such a tender age? Did you have a family member who inspired you?
