Here's a recipe for Chicken Curry (or Curry Chicken depending on what part of the world you're from :) ) This is courtesy of my sister, I can't cook for the life of me lol

Ingredients

Corriander powder (3 tbsp)
Garam Masala (1 tbsp)
Red Chilli Poweder (1 tsp)
Tumeric Powder ( 1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
1 large onion
Vegetable Oil (3 tbsp)
2 carrots, peeled and chopped (optional)
2 potatos, peeled and chopped (optional)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 inch fresh ginger (minced)
Chicken (skinless, and chopped to medium pieces)

Instructions:

1) Add vegetable oil to a large pot and heat on medium heat.
2) When oil is hot (not smoking and burning) add onions, carrots and potatos
3) When onions are slightly yellow, add ginger and garlic and mix well.
4) In a seperate cereal bowl, mix corriander, garam masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric.
5) Fill the bowl with spices with water and mix to make a paste..
6) Add paste to curry pot and mix.
7) Fill bowl with water again and add to curry pot.
8) Add chicken.
9) Salt to taste.
10) Cook covered on medium heat until ready (that can be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, I dont remember)
11) Serve chicken.

There are 100s of curry recipes, just as every family makes their own curry spice. This one is ok .In some, chicken is sauteed, some have diced apple, some have cococnut milk and or coconut, some have pineapple. Use your own imagination.

Definitely a million and one ways to make curry lol. I actually did a decent job making this one and I'm not much of a cook. Just figured it was an easy to follow recipe so I shared it...
