ok so for the most part im pretty new at cooking but i love it! i was wanting to know what kind of books some of the more experienced people could suggest for me. I am interested in baking breads and european AKA italian and french cooking and also greek cooking if it isnt part of europe idk if it is or not... anyway i would also like to know what kind of spices and other little tidbits would be helpful to have on hand all the time
