Here is my Chocolate Chess Pie

You can either eat it at room temperature or serve it cold.

Oven: 350*F Bake Time: 1 hour

1 9 inch graham cracker crust (you can use a regular pie crust if you'd like)
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/2 stick butter melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 small can (5 oz) evaporated milk

Combine sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Add milk, extract, and butter. Add eggs one at a time combining well.

Pour into crust. Place on a baking sheet and into the oven for an hour.

Once time is up take pie out and allow to sit. The "crust" will be puffed up and cracked looking. Don't Worry. It will sink back down as it cools. Once it is at room temperature you can serve.

You can also place into the fridge and allow to chill for about 4-5 hours or overnight.

Please feel free to leave comments on how your version turned out. What you did differently. If you didn't like it ect.
