hey all, how's it goin? My name's Jordan, I'm 23 years old and a sous chef at the brand new crows nest restaurant. It opened a little less than a month ago and I'm running it with my friend who is also 23.. As you can imagine a kitchen run by two young pups is a little hectic, but as well we pump out really good food and arent afraid to try new things...at all. In fact, exploration and adventure in our kitchen with new ingredients is what we thrive on.
I joined this forum to share some of our recipes, and perhaps get advice from other chefs around the nation/world. So I cant wait to chat it up with you guys and learn a lot of new things..
