You've got some wonderful staff, how many people are working for you?
What are their general job descriptions?

If you mean at gourmet magazine, I have a tiny little staff but they are superb and have been with me for awhile:
Jenn Day is my chef de cuisine and she basically runs the kitchen - does the ordering, menu planning and alot of the prep.
Ewa Carvel, is my prep cook and most of the fine prep work, dicing, slicing etc.

when I worked at the food network there were a ton of people working on the show (some of them worked on my PBS show too}. everyone has a very specific job in tv and honestly, I am not sure what there exact job descriptions are. I just focused on what I had to do.
