Firstly, thanks for answering my first question. Just two more!

From my personal experience, criticism can be very hurtful and destructive as times. As a chef, are you affected by reviews? What is your opinion on food writers/food critics?

I am sure you answered this question a million times but I must ask. If you were stuck on a deserted island, what five food would you want with you and what dish would you make
