Which Flour?

Which flour is best for Cupcakes,
There are so many different flours' and I do not really know the difference in them.

what does the recipe ask for?
usually cakes call for a soft flour, a cake flour. soft as silk or swan's down.
bake first, ask questions later.
Oooh food, my favorite!

Well, The Recipe just says use Flour.
=)
Will it say on the bag of flour how soft it is?

If the recipe just says flour it probably means all purpose.

No...it won't tell you on the bag how soft a flour is.
