I do know that filet steaks and tournedoes are caooked to degress of doneness such as rare, medium, well done (and in between too). But is a minute steak (flattened) too done to these degrees or is there just one stage of cooking the same as in well done? If there are stages how long does it take on an average to cook through to each stage ?
