My name is Ryan and this is my first official post on this site. I have about 3 years experience in a professional kitchen. I love most things piggy related and ALL things cheese related. I'm still new to "fancy" food, so I am up for trying most anything. I'm also really intrigued by the sort of 'real' food movement. You know, like raw milk and grazed cattle?
