Restaurant looking duck supplier in Ontario Canada

Hello all,

A friend of mine is opening a new restaurant in southern Ontario, Canada and we are looking for a supplier of fresh Ducks in the area. Is there anyone out there than can point us in the right direction?

Google Mariposa Farms. It is a duck farm in Plantagnet Ontario.

We get a lot of our ducks from a Canadian Purveyor called MapleLeaf they are good, don't know about fresh though ,these are frozen.:bounce:
