Pro Immersion Blender

Does anyone know where I can purchase a large, powerful, professional immersion blender online.
In one of my former kitchen jobs we had this huge stick blender with and orange base. This thing could puree about 5 gallons of hummus to babyfood-like consistency in about 5 minutes.
I just can't remember the brand name.

I don't want one of those cute little 18 inchers. I want a big honking powerful one that will get a ton of stuff smooth in a jiffy.

Need suggestions and reviews

It is called bur blender. Univex makes them as does Hamilton beach and Robot cou. Price from 250.00 to over 1000.00 depending on size and amps.:chef:
