My name is brian sullivan. I'm currently considering going to culinary school. The only problem is I would like to keep my job. I'm currently employed as a firefighter with a department in maryland. My work schedule is 24 hours on, followed by 48 hours off. I was wondering if it would be possible to go through culinary school with this schedule, even if it ment taking a few classes at a time. Are most places very strict with attendance? Also, i was wondering if anybody had any input on culinary schools near the MD/VA/DC area, or even online, as i wouldn't be able to travel very far?
