Hello,

I stumbled upon this forum looking for plating tips and thought this is a nice community of folks. Cooking is a hobby for now but I do dream of being a chef . I definitely know I will learn lots of things from you guys.:chef:

As you can see, we have all levels of expertise on here, from those just starting out on their cooking adventure - to master chefs!

I hope you will have a look at some of the wonderful articles and photographs on the site and then feel free to jump in and join the conversations on the relevant forum. Please note that we non-professionals should not comment or ask questions in the small area designated 'For Professionals'. However, I read them as I can often glean helpful hints from those who work in the professions ;)
