Hello All....

I am the Executive Chef at a private fly fishing lodge on the Big Horn river in Southeastern Montana. I am only up here 8 months out of the year and get to retuirn home to Central Texas. I have been out of culinary school for three years now, and have loved every minute of it. My training has in been in southwestern cuisine, and am teaching myself traditional Mexican cuisine from the yucatan. I also do anything i can to experiment with chile peppers.

I hope you will have a look at some of the articles and photographs on here - they are truly amazing. So are the blogs.

My husband is a dedicated fly fisherman, in the home of flyfishing, Scotland! He fishes in the highlands and the Borders - he catches a few and lets a few go such is the vagaries of fishing!
