I have cooked professionally for 40 yrs,,,it is nice to see others in the business responding honestly,,,,when we get home we cook something that takes 10 minutes or less,we aren't looking to reignite our creative juices we are simply trying to rest and enjoy the peace,,,,a simple sandwich some soup our spouse,our kids,,,,many times left overs prepared by others in our life.
