I'm a former culinary instructor and now a stay-at-home mom. I've worked in the hotels and on call catering prior to teaching. I miss it, terribly. Would like to try my hand at writing and reviewing. For now I stay in touch with other chefs and former students. I expand my repetoire with my family, do the occasional catering job, read read, read cooking books, haunt restaurant and cooking websites, eat out and pretend to be a working chef in my own kitchen. Summer is my favorite season because of the farmer's market produce.:bounce:
