first I Was looking for Gauranga Potatoes found here:

then I realized that the hindu devotees of this type of krsna interpretation.. or whatever, have a collection of nearly 2000 vegetarian recipes from india. this is phenomenal.

It's a really good site. I particularly liked the Daal recipes. Only wish they (like many other Indian recipes) would give the common english name for the daal, 'cos i dont know them and you do have to get the right one

channa dal is ckickpea so is chenna i think.

udad is either green or yellow split peas i think

crap i cant remember

might be mung beans!
