Hello everybody, my name is Richard, and i just started to pursue my culinary career. I have been working in the electronics feild for the past 9 years, and i have not been happy with work. I have a passion for cooking, so i just started going to go to culinary school at cuesta college, in san luis obispo, ca. Hopefully i will be able to land some kind of line cook position in the near future, so by the time i get my culinary degree, i will have a couple years work experience in the kitchen. I am looking forward to meeting some of you people on here, and maybe learn a thing or two.
