New fella from Dallas. I stumbled onto this site searching in goog's for an enchilada recipe. I looked around a little bit and quickly figured out that this place is filled with expert knowledge.
I am basically a home cook that cooks for myself and myself alone. Though that does not stop me from cooking whatever I feel like eating. Case in Point, last Thanksgiving I cooked an entire meal for myself, smoked whole ham, turkey, etc... :lol: I absolutely love it.
I also love to BBQ. I own a few cookers and winter never slows me down.
Hopefully I can learn quite a bit from this forum.
