hi,guys new here.where to start, i hail from newport ri.ive been cooking for about eight years mostly family style food and pub grub.now ive steped up to fine dining working at belle mer,and absolutley love it(last place i worked in,for four years had me really hateing my profession ,this new job has really lit a fire under my ... now on top of life lovin my job every days alearning experience)definately a lifer in this biz cant picture doing anything else other than spending time with my wife and kids.
