I'm a business college student hoping to open a bakery sometime soon. I currently have a class project of writing a business plan. Since one day I want to open a bakery, I thought it appropriate to write my business plan for a bakery. If anyone here has done a business plan for a bakery, I am open for pointers and suggestions. Thanks!

Go to SCORE
score has a number of business plan samples to follow.don't use software to do a plan.
remember, it takes alot of cash to start a bakery.
You may consider store front but rent/share a commercial kitchen.
