pre-baking mini pastry shells?

Hi there.
I have made mini pastry shell that I froze (did not pre-bake) and wonder if I have to pre-bake prior to making quiche?

I would bake them before filling.

How much time would you give them before putting in the filling (I made 140 of the little beggers!)
