Question about increasing a recipe

Thread Starter
Hi,

Could anyone tell me how to convert a recipe for a 9 inch cheesecake into a restaurant size cheesecake (probably about 12 inch diameter). How much more ingredients would be needed and how much more baking time?

Any help woild be appreciated. Sincerely,

Cheesecakelady

Presuming they are the same depth, a 12" pan has 1.75 times the volume of a 9" pan.

Baking time is another question...

I say increase almost every ingredient by 25%. And since you are talking diameter not depth baking time should be close.
