Hi thank you for this site. I have quite a large family and love cooking for them all and friends who visit. I guess my specialty is baking! as we all have v. sweet teeth. I'm not fantastic, but keen, and hope that surfing and chatting on this site will help me to expand my repertoire, improve my existing recipes, and just be great fun. My other hobbies are gardening, (so I have quite a lot of home grown produce I use in my pots!) oil painting (sell a few) reading, my family, animals and the country life.
