What are the 4 C's four spices that would be a great rub for chicken and/or fish? I've got Cumin, Chilli Powder, ? ? Thx

Wh6y limit it to spices beginning with 'C'? ;)

I suppose you could add: coriander, frankly for fish, I would use dill!

I agree with Ishbel, but I guess you could add cloves or cinnamon or cardamom, especially if you want to take an Indian (sub-continent of) approach.
