Hey everyone I'm looking for a little advice. I've been cooking for about ten years and figured it was time to go on a little jaunt across the world to cook at various restaurants. So I was thinking three months of backpacking around Asia cooking a few nights at a bunch of places just for a little perspective on whats happening else where in the industry. Was hoping some one had some helpful input on how I could organize this endeavor.

good for you !!! i always thought the best way to expand your knowledge is to travel and see and taste what the rest of the world is doing. the only advice i have is to use the internet to make contacts and perhaps someone will let you into their kitchen.
