I'm from Sydney, Australia. I have been cooking at home for many years and love good quality home made cooking.
I brew my own beer from malted barley and I have dabbled a little bit in cheese making.
I am keen to join you folks here to see what it's all about.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Divey. I think we have a few home brewers here; try finding earlier discussions using our search tool. Feel free to start a discussion thread of your own in the beverage forum.

Take some time to have a good look around the site. Don't miss the cooking articles, blogs, photo gallery and more- besides the discussion forums. You're welcome to read all of it, but home cooks like you and I must consider the professionals' forums as "read only". But what a trove of knowledge!
