New here (and a new baker overall, as well) with what is likely a stupid question. I made up a batch of cookie dough to bake some cookies for a friend as a thank you, and thought I'd better cook a few up for myself to make sure it turned out.
Well, the cookies taste fine, but I think I may have mismeasured the flour as they are a bit dry and crumbly. Since most of the dough is still sitting in the fridge, is there anything I can add to it to make the cookies more moist since the taste and everything else turned out fine? I've pasted the recipe below - any help or insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
