Hello, everyone!
First off, let me say thanx for allowing me to join as a newbie to this profession that I am falling so in love with.
I'm just a chef wanna be, and do alot of cooking for my family.
I did a rehearsal dinner last Fri. and it turned out great!
I wanted to use it to springboard my career into the chef community.
Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend!

Thank You

Thanx so much for the kind words.
I served roasted Tenderloin, with a red wine sauce, scalloped potatoes, sweet potato casserole (bride's request), tossed salad, and dinner rolls, oh and a broccoli casserole.
It was fantastic, everybody just raved about the tenderloin,,,
Take Care,
Murv

Re

It was my mom's recipe,
But we just mashed the potatoes,
added some brown sugar,
and some pecans,
put some small marshmallows on top,,,
and baked at 350,,,I think for about 45 min...
sorry, I can't give you exacts,,,but it's good
