I'm new to the forum and am introducing myself like everyone else. I've been interested in cooking for as long as I can remember, but only just began to be any good at it a few years ago! ;)

I have trouble keeping myself from making enough food for an army every time I cook, but luckily leftovers are a wonderful thing. I am looking forward to exchanging ideas and learning through the experiences of others! :)
