Hi, my name is Cara. Im originally from alabama but now live on the island in new york. I currently work as an exec. chef of a small funky restaurant. I began my culinary career in 2004 when I attended culinary school but have had an interest and passion for cooking as long as I can remember. I am into simple, quality products, and innovative cooking. I like to put my own spin on dishes and well as making traditional dishes. I have many goals and high expectations of myself and couldn't dream of a better career than being a chef or working in the culinary field in general.
