Hello from sunny Arizona! Just wanted to introduce myself. Its been a very long, very hot summer and I'm looking forward to fall! I'm a new caterer and excited to learn insight and info from the more "seasoned" experts out there! I'm trying to join every group I see out there to learn as much from other people's experiences as possible.

You'll find plenty of other caterers here with whom to share information- both from your experience and from others. I'm sure you've located the Catering forum by now. There's a lot to sift through, so you may want to use the search tool to pinpoint your topics.

Be sure to have a look at the photo galleries, cooking articles and blogs- and much more. Enjoy!

I suspect you'll find much more going on here to interest you than any other sites. Were a nice bunch and youll learn loads too
