Greetings -
I have been searching online trying to locate a cookbook on Paellas - no luck so far in finding a source. The book is written in Spanish, and is titled "100 Paellas and 1 Fidehua." I have read excellent reviews on this book in regards to 'authentic' paella, and would like to track down a copy. Any assistance in obtaining a copy would be greatly appreciated. As another option should this search fail, I would welcome any suggestions on other cookbooks that may serve my needs - I really enjoy classic paella, cooked over a fire or on a stovetop, to get the mandatory crunchy rice layer on the bottom of the pan (the oven cooked versions just don't suffice for me.) I will continue my searching, but hopefully one of you can help me out. Thanks in advance.
