Hello! I am a stay at home wife, which means I do alot of cooking. My desire is to expand my cooking database with some good food. I am from the south, and my husband is from real down south!;) As you can see from my name he is from Uruguay origianlly. I am trying desperately to learn how to cook his kind of food, but I am having a hard time as all of our ingredients seem to taste different to him. I would be thrilled if there were any people on this forum who were familiar with Uruguayan cuisine!
