Welcome aboard KBC. Here's my suggestion, I'm not sure, but I believe that samosas have ground meat in them, so to be innovative,I would make turkey samosas. Something else, seeing as you have to serve both turkey and samosas, why not go with the whole Indian theme, you could serve tandoori turkey, make regular samosas, maybe make some pakoras. Just a thought
I catered my sister's wedding last July, we served roasted chicken with salads, so another little bit of advice, buy pre made potato salad, in fact if you can, try to get all of your salads from your deli, it will save you quite a bit of time. good luck with your planning.
