Hello,

Do you know of a Recipe Database Software? Any positive suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for one that includes the Database and Search feature with a bonus of Meal Planning, Shopping Lists, Print Options, and Nutrition features.

Thank you for your time.

Mastercook has some of those features. I have been using it for 5 or 6 years

I respectfully disagree with MaryB, Mastererecook has ALL of the features you listed and it costs around $20, MasterCook Deluxe 9.0 - ValuSoft, a division of THQ, Inc. Online Store and works under Vista, but not on MAC OS

mastercook

I have been looking into reviews and checking out the software products and Mastercook does not seem to rank up there. From what I have reviewed Cook'n Recipe Organizer, BigOven, and Living Cookbook all seem to have higher ratings.

Anyone with personal experience with any of those?
Thanks,
Ian

By whom? ;) Every rating I've seen downgrades Mastercook because it does not conform to Windows appearance and operation but it has one of the best F1 help systems in existence, if you pay attention, you don't need the manual. In fact, I cannot think of a single rating that accurately reports what Mastercook is capable of doing.

I've tried them, I still use Mastercook. Why? Because it does what I want.

It is YOUR choice, not mine.
