Hi,

I'm David from Cambridge, England. I'm the Catering Manager/Executive Chef at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge. Pembroke was founded in 1347 by Marie de St Pol, Countess of Pembroke and is the third oldest college in Cambridge. It has taken 662 years for a Cambridge Chef to join Chef Talk;)

I look forward to learning and sharing within this community.

Hello David, and welcome to Chef Talk. Coming from such a storied place, I wonder if you have food traditions to uphold there as the educational establishment certainly does.

I love Cambridge!
One of my family studied at St John's College... Cambridge is such a beautiful place.

Yes - their chapel is a joy! Money is obviously available to the College!
