Does anyone have a good artichoke bruschetta recipe? I'm trying to think of other toppings besides tomato, basil, and olive oil. I have one with a cannellini bean and caper but would like to try an artichoke one.

One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

Nick Stellino did an artichoke relish with artichokes, onion, capers and olive in one of his Cucina Amore series. That was tasty. You could probably find the book. I used to have it on a freebie 3x5 card they posted at the grocery stores when that series first ran but I can't find it, no did my online search turn it up.
