I lost my job in June so I decided to start my own Japanese food supply business. I am in the process of working on my internet retail site HomeSushiBar(dot)com
I am going to be selling items to make and sell Sushi at home such as Japanese Knives and sushi serving items.
So that is my experience in the Chef world. If posting my website up here is inappropriate, can one of the moderators please let me know? I would like to put a link in my sig. ;)
