Need advice

Hello everyone,
I am a new member just joined the club. I am glad to be here.

Just starting on a small business doing petit fours, cookies, cakes, desserts etc., getting some visibilities in our area.

Having hard time keeping up with the recipes and pricing. Any advice on organizing them? Have anyone had experience of using these software's like cake boss, quicken etc.,
