Hello - welcome to ChefTalk.
There are lots of wonderful articles on this site, with some amazing photographs, too.. I hope you will find the time to enjoy some of them.
Please feel free to join in on any thread of interest to you - or even start your own. The professional area of the site is read-only for those of us (like me) who are not in the culinary business. However, they make really interesting reading - and I have certainly gained an insight into the professional world of food!
