I have been a chef for the last 14 years. cooked since i was 15. Love everything about kitchens. I have pretty much cooked the full gambit from Large hotels in Chicago to bistros in Madison WI. I currently run the food side of a very large sports bar and restaurant, in fact playboy put us on the "A" list in the top ten for college sports bars.
