:bounce:Well i keep trying to post but nothing is showing up. So here goes my last try. New here just wanted to introduce myself. My name is jay. I have been a chef for the last 14 years. cooked since i was 15. Love everything about kitchens. I have pretty much cooked the full gambit from Large hotels in Chicago to bistros in Madison WI. I currently run the food side of a very large sports bar and restaurant, in fact playboy put us on the "A" list in the top ten for college sports bars. Look forward to seeing all of your posts and getting answers or a second view to things. who knows i might even add my two cents lol.:bounce:

Chef Jay, let me add my welcome from just down the road. Must have been a good day at work, with the Badgers beating the Gophers handily!
I look forward to your contributions here, although that may have to wait until the Badgers finish with their opponent in the Rose Bowl.
:D :bounce:
Cheers,
Mezzaluna
