208 to 240 boost transformer for oven/stove?

The place I'm in right now is fed 208/120v, a single phase source from three phase feed.

The stove/oven is designed to work at either 120/240 or 120/208, but 120v is only used for controls and the heating elements run on higher voltage. While it works, the output is only rated at 75% when used at 208v.

That should be pretty easy to do. If you have a volt meter, you might want to measure the voltage at the outlet first, just to make sure.

As far as the transformer, make sure to get one that's rated for at least the number of amps that the stove is rated at. Keep the transformer in a place where there won't be an accidental spill, and not too close to any source of heat.
