Hello and welcome to Cheftalk!

I hope you will enjoy reading some of the great articles on here - there are also some amazing photographs and great blogs.

Feel free to jump in on any thread of interest, or start your own. However, the professional fora on here are read-only for those of us (like me) who are not in the 'trade'. However, they are very interesting and I've certainly managed to gain a real insight into the professional culinary world from reading them!
