Partridge

Monday, when I looked in the fridge , I saw two fresh partridges sitting on a plate, thank goodness they were plucked (right word ? ) this time.
Every year my Patron receives this as a gift from his second cousin (who goes hunting all the time).
So, as usual I prepare it the same way , stuffed with apple (Honey Crisp) and pine nuts , wrapped with bacon.
He has invited his son for this on friday.
Any idea as to what to serve this with ?

Thank you

Chef Ed,

Merci ! Do not hesitate to correct my spelling or way with words.

Between "thongs" to TONGS and "Plucked" to DRESSED, I have learned two new things this week, and the week is not over yet....another good laugh for me today, I need it !

Nothing to forgive , I just like some of the things you try and see how interested you are. I only relate things to you to make it better or easier for you. If I can show someone who is really interested in things that I picked up along the way, That's Good . Now you in turn show or tell it to someone else.:chef: __________________
