Had a hard frost last night so it was time to pick the winter squash. I filled 2 plastic bags with acorn squash from a total of 6 plants. My poor pie pumpkins only had 2 to pick with one green one I left out there. Picked the last of the jalapeno and serrano peppers too. Going to be a busy weekend cooking and freezing squash!

We had a frost at the weekend too. Tomatoes are still okay. A few left to colour. Courgettes are still going strong, and the beans are still flowering. Very surprised. Everything else is done and ready to compost.
